Im not sure what to do.... my wife got into a very very minor car accident. No damage or injuries at all. The?

other driver skid on ice and did not use a turn signal. Apparently, she did not see a need to exchange information much less call the police. The car is under my name and my dads, but my wife was never added. What should I do? Should I tell the insurance company and risk getting a higher payment because my wife was not covered. Please help ;-(
