Willie's Pub in Columbia, MO refused to serve my husband because he had on biker clothes - is this legal?

The young man at the door told us they would not seat us because my husband's shirt was "cut-off". The shirt was brand new from Harley Davidson, the sleeves were completed hemmed, no holes and not dirty. I pointed out the young man that it was in fact seamed and he asked us to leave and said they would not serve us.
