What does this mean and how do i make them stop? these boys r being mean r me! ?

so i walk home with 3 boys. anthony, edgar, and jordan. usually we mess around an have fun but today they were all laughing with each other and looking at me. i figured out they were making fun of my braces because i just got them on. anthony has braces though and he was being the meanest. what does that mean? i chased them and kicked them and stuff but i don't know how to get them to stop. also, does it mean they're just messing around and flirting or do they do it for the fun of upsetting me? help me please idk what to do!
