A recipe for Pumkpin Stew that also uses corned beef brisket?

My mother used to make Pumpkin Stew for dinner every Halloween. Her recipe called for a corned beef brisket, and she made it in the crock pot. She used a fresh pumpkin and served the stew in the pumpkin shell. She ped away years ago and I would like to make it for my family. Thank you!
