Absolute advantage question??? easy economics?

The U.S. Given the present resources, the U.S. can produce 10000 autos while Canada can only produce 5000, so the U.S. is able to get more goods from the same resources which is what absolute advantage means. ( Effectively by producing more it lessens the cost which boosts profits)
