Am i fit enough to care for 4 budgies?

ive had budgies before 2 of them and they were great but one had a kidney disese and died then the other one died of mourning...its been over 2 years. and now i want my final dream budgies...ive had experiance with budgies and finches and some tail so i think im good...suggestions?
