lunges and fire hydrants are good for the . get the glutes magazine..it has so many work outs for your !! and the girls that do the workouts actually have nice s...not a lez or anything. just a bit jealous!! you will be too once you see it!! hips...well its more of a genetic thing. get magazines and do those workouts dedicated to the areas you want to work on and see how that works out for you.
