Laptop warranty question?

i have a laptop that i bought a bestbuy. it came with a 1yr walkin warenty with geek squad. now it has been dropped and the hinge feels loose and the plastic is flimsy. they dont sell mine (dell 1525) anymore. if they hav to replace it will they giv me the new model (1545). please help.
