Pheraps anorexia is the way for me?
I went through anorexia for a little while. Its not fun believe me. And it did not work for me. I eventually got my mind right, and said if i want to lose this weight i have to do this healthy. I was setting expectations to high. Like losing a lot in a short time. I now lost 10 pound in 5 weeks, and am still going for a little more. I feel 10 times better now that i am doing this healthy. I switched my diet from vegetarian to vegan (mainly because i did not want to have milk and eggs, and chhese because i think there discusting) and i do an exercise routine every morning. Which is run for a half an hour, pilates for a half a hour, and stretch for a half an hour (stretching includes 200 sit ups). And it works great for me. I have to make sure i eat right on a vegan diet, which is not hard, with a doctors accsitance at all, my doctor keeps me on track (i am turning 17 next week, and am 5'8''. And i am also a proffesional dancer, i travel everywhere for dancing. My goal in 125, i am 134 pound now. And i look at myself in the mirror and feel great about my self, and say i look good (i use to look at myself in the mirror and see fat. But the thing that set me on track, is i know someone who almost died from anorexia, it scared me, so i got myself out of there as soon as possible (it took a while, and some istance but i got out of there). My goal is too lose 2 pounds a week, and every week i only weigh myself once, and i lose 2 pounds exactly every week. Don't set things to high for your self otherwise its not going to work. Don't try to look like other people, you are your self. And in your picture you sure look like that girl. Your really close. You are really skinny, and i would not worry about it. You look great. Set up a exercise routine, and do it right. Trust me, i have been there done that. Hope i helped. Good Luck.
