Somebody please tell me why on earth the TGA decided on not allowing the use of DHEA for australians?

My sister is chronically ill with fibromyalgia which began with the onslaught of menopause, She is at her wits end in pain even tho she is currently taking Lyrica, Dothep, Tramil and lots of other medications. The pain clinic gives her hell for being on so much medication what is she supposed to do? We both obviously have Adrenal problems due to an anxiety disorder ped thru the generations, and have been reading about DHEA and the wonderful results that can be obtained with its use because of my own ghastly problems with menopause. Apparently due to history of health issues caused from Glandular fever(contracted while pregnant)/Chronic Fatigue/Aspartame toxicity (thank God for Naturopaths) which all cause adrenal exhaustion resulting in very low levels of DHEA which causes other chronic health issues & THE AUTHORITIES WON'T ALLOW IT! Why, when it could make such a huge difference to peoples lives, and could help them become employable/productive? Who do they think they are?
