What is this movie? pretty recent?

it came out 1999- 2007 i know that much. So this guy i think its Dennis Quaid plays a blind man, and he walks into a convinence store and asks where something is and the lady at the counter (not looking at him) says "what are you blind?" at this point where she raises his head and says "omg im sorry"
