Who's going to be the next Batman villain?

Everyone who has seen The Dark Knight knows it was phenomenal. So who's going to be the star villain in the next movie?! It is certain that there will be another movie made. The director, Christopher Nolan, has said that he doesn't want to use Catwoman or the Penguin, because they have already had plenty of on screen time. Some websites say that it could be Catwoman, because of a line Lucius Fox says in the Dark Knight, and if it is her, she will most likely be played by Angelina Jolie. Also, a producer of the movie said its possible Two-Face may come back, because the final scenes of the Dark Knight are a little vague when it comes to him being shot. It's pretty obvious the Joker won't be used after what happened to Heath Ledger. I've heard it might be Talia al Ghul this time, Ras al Ghul's daughter. Personally, I'm hoping it's going to be the Riddler, and I've heard if he is the next super villain, there's a high chance he'll be played by Johnny Depp.
