I'm having problems with my yahoo! email...?

First... create yourself a new email account and close the one that had the spyware issues. If they have access to that email account and you purchase things online via credit card they can sometimes get access to that info as well as just sending junk to your email. You are going to need to report this to Yahoo imediatly. See if you can find a phone number for customer service or once you have the new email set up use that identity to use the online help. Identity theft is very bad right now so you need to protect yourself. Make sure to get some good spyware software to remove some of the problems you already have as well or eventually that worm will find a way into your new email as well. If you dont have it already go to downloads.com and get the free version of adaware personal. That is pretty good at getting rid of some of this junk. You may need some futher cleaning but if you report the problem right away atleast there is a log that there was a problem to begin with. Good luck.
