Need help with the quails! ASAP!! please!!!?

As they have been inside it is best they are keep inside till it warms up. Quail are hardy little birds and can live quiet happily outside i an avairy all year round. They are much happier in an avairy. And it is great watching them run around and caught bugs .Chinese painted quail are great little birds . You say you have a male and a female i would advice getting a couple more females you should always keep a male with at least 3 females as they male can over mate the poor female if there is only one.
