Laws on adopting and fostering/ social services?

This is sad to hear. But I am sure that if you google it up, you may find some help-full sites. I am also certain that you will have to prove that the mother is an unfit parent so take pictures, it is always good to have some kind of proof to show that the children belong in a better and safe environment.
