i had a pain in the ball of my foot, toe area after playing football, 4 weeks after the pain had not gone so i went to the doctors and they guessed it may be a torn ligamet or tendon but was more of a "come back in a while if it still hurts", although the pain has subsided it still seems to come back the odd time after walkin a long distance and sometimes in the mornings after i wake up, how long will it take for it to go away as ive not been able to do any forms of exercise for weeks now and i would like to return to my normal routine

Swine flu vaccine concerns with worried teen?

I'm a 16 year old girl with muscular dystrophy. I was told by my pediatrician and pulmonologist quite vehemently to get the swine flu injection as soon as I could because of my vulnerability. I have a prescription of Tamiflu, but I'm still worried. There haven't been many outbreaks at all where I live, but now my parents are weary of the vaccine since all of these ridiculous rumors have gone around. I want the vaccine - just to be safe - but my parents are doubting whether I should or should not get the injection. so back in the summer i was around my barn after some of the girls and my old trainer got back from shows, and i went to one of them just to watch and help, but they had sprayed their horses legs with diluted rubbing alcohol, then wrapped the legs with pillow wraps (quilted wraps) and standing wraps. i remember asking my trainer what that was for but now i forget, do some of you do this after shows, if so why do you di it? oh they did dressage and mini trials, and hunters for shows, a mini trial is like a 3 day event but on a smaller scale, short(length wise) courses and patterns and its all on one day no nasty answers please!

Coughing up mucus for weeks.?

I've been coughing up mucus for weeks now, and some days I'll have a really sore throat and stuffy nose, like I'm sick. But then the next day my throat will be fine, and I'll be back to just coughing. I do smoke occasionally, so I'm thinking this is probably bronchitis.. or maybe walking pneumonia? How long did you "allow" the pacifier?

Allergy stomach cramps..?

Ok, so for about 9 months to a year now, I have had stomach "cramps" every time I eat eggs, like hard boiled, cooked, etc. Even egg substitutes. Windows Movie Maker Trouble?

I am trying to make a movie trailer, in windows movie maker. I have splited and taken certain parts of a movie and i have adjusted the sequence and i have added sound. When a play the movie before publishing, it gets stuck at a random point and the video gets stuck but the audio plays just fine. So i thought that i should publish it and check it. But after publishing , when i play it then the movie appears as a green box with only a marginal section at the top playing the movie and also the video gets stuck and the audio goes on playing. Milk out of fridge.......?

I keep a small quarter pint of milk in my mini fridge which is on all day. I turn the fridge off at night and the milk is ok for tea in the morning then I usually throw it out. However, I have started buying a few of those little quarter pints at a time and freezing them, and putting one in my mini fridge as i need it, and its still very fresh the next day, but this time last week, I put some frozen milk in the fridge with the fridge on, turned it off at night and in the morning it was still cool and fresh, but that day I forgot to turn my fridge on in the morning, and went to throw the milk out the next morning when I remembered, and it didn't smell at all, a whole day unrefrigerated. I threw it out and didn't chance it, but for future reference, would it have been safe if it smelled ok? i even took one sip before chucking it and it tasted ok. My dog Carmen has been slowing down a bit, but I have only just noticed it this year. When she prepares to lay on the bed, she goes into her "circular dance" at a snails pace. It seems as though her joints hurt, and its getting harder for her to get comfortable. I notice that she wakes up more often in the night to stretch and reposition herself. Additionally, she has been wanting to sleep on the pillow more often and not just the bed itself. She still plays hard and runs fast (she's only 7.5 lbs), but the other day I witnessed her knee give out when she jumped a small step. Help! I'm really skinny, 5'7 105 pounds 13% body fat, but I have a ton of cellulite and fat on my thighs. I've eaten extremely healthy since I was about 12 and I exercise religiously, cardio 3x/week and weights 3x/week plus 1 hour a week with a personal trainer, but nothing works! I look like skeletor, my have gone from a c to a small b cup and I have to get clothes size zero taken in, but yet my flat is covered in cellulite and I have saddlebags that hang half way down my leg! I haven't worn a bikini since I was a kid. My backside looks like Mishca Barton's! Has anyone ever gotten rid of cellulite and saddlebags without surgery? Court/ticket screw up, How can I fight this ticket, even tough it is past due?

I was driving down I-75 last June and was pulled over for 78 in a 70mph zone. He asked me if the address was correct on my license, and I said yes, but was living in Nashville temporarily while I went to college. The trooper told me that it would be $150, but did not give me a court time or date. A couple of days later, I went to the lcal gas station to get a money order, since the courts do not take checks. I took a look at the ticket to see where to send it in, and there was no address or even a phone number! I called the county that I was in, and they had no record of it. I contacted al lthe adjacent counties, and still nothing. Finally, I had a friend who works for the highway patrol to run the license number. He told me that it was indeed in berland Co. I called again, and still they had no record. I asked the clerk what the address was, and she gave it to me. I sent the money order in the next day and thought everything was fine. Now, I recieve a notice that they had not received my payment and my license is set to go on suspension! I called the berland Courthouse again, and this time the price jumped to almost $400! $150 for speeding, $170 for the address, and processing fees! I will also have to pay the state a processing fee to get my license reinstated! They told me that I can simply send in proof that the payment had been cashed, but that was almost a year ago. I am sure I have tossed the stub since then and even that would not show that it had been cashed. I asked if I could contact the state attorney's office and the lady said that they had no jurisdiction in traffic court. So what, other than paying out the nose for a ticket that I already paid, can I do about this? Thanks!

I went into the dentist yesterday of a toothache. The dentist found a cavity and filled it. How do I go about a medical (pill) abortion?

ok, so me and my friend have been best friends for about 3 years and Im pretty much a part of their family as the "other daughter." Can spending too much time on the computer make you dumb?

I spend a whole lot of my time on the computer. I do this because I make music (using my computer), I search and apply for jobs (using my computer), and I play video games (using, you guessed it...my computer). Lately I've been feeling "sick in the head". It's sort of like a mind freeze, or a brain haze, if you will, that happens mostly after playing a video game I am addicted to called UT. It started to happen recently, a few days ago. I will be feeling fine and then when I start playing the game for more than say, 15 minutes I will start to hurt in the head. It's making me feel dumb, like I literally can't think straight. I am starting to wonder if spending all of your time in front of a pc screen (not just playing games) can have a negative effect on the mind. Anyone think the same or know about this?

Pheraps anorexia is the way for me?

I went through anorexia for a little while. Its not fun believe me. And it did not work for me. I eventually got my mind right, and said if i want to lose this weight i have to do this healthy. I was setting expectations to high. Like losing a lot in a short time. I now lost 10 pound in 5 weeks, and am still going for a little more. I feel 10 times better now that i am doing this healthy. I switched my diet from vegetarian to vegan (mainly because i did not want to have milk and eggs, and chhese because i think there discusting) and i do an exercise routine every morning. Which is run for a half an hour, pilates for a half a hour, and stretch for a half an hour (stretching includes 200 sit ups). And it works great for me. I have to make sure i eat right on a vegan diet, which is not hard, with a doctors accsitance at all, my doctor keeps me on track (i am turning 17 next week, and am 5'8''. And i am also a proffesional dancer, i travel everywhere for dancing. My goal in 125, i am 134 pound now. And i look at myself in the mirror and feel great about my self, and say i look good (i use to look at myself in the mirror and see fat. But the thing that set me on track, is i know someone who almost died from anorexia, it scared me, so i got myself out of there as soon as possible (it took a while, and some istance but i got out of there). My goal is too lose 2 pounds a week, and every week i only weigh myself once, and i lose 2 pounds exactly every week. Don't set things to high for your self otherwise its not going to work. Don't try to look like other people, you are your self. And in your picture you sure look like that girl. Your really close. You are really skinny, and i would not worry about it. You look great. Set up a exercise routine, and do it right. Trust me, i have been there done that. Hope i helped. Good Luck.

HELP!! My car is having an electrical problem!?

Okay, I have a 2004 Chevy Impala Standard (3.4L V6). I was currently on Active Duty and left my car with a family member. My car hasn't really been driven much BUT by it sitting there for 9 months, I noticed a problem. Where I'm from, we have bad winters and by my car sitting outside in the snow, it melted and the water somehow is flowing in my tail light panel [..and I drained it out]. After awhile, I started to notice that when I use my keyless remote [to unlock my doors] or reverse, my clear lights doesn't illuminate AND my horn doesn't work either! My brake lights, headlights, blinkers, hazards,cigarette lighter, and wipers work normal. Otherwise, is this a fuse problem? If so, please explain. If not, still please tell what may be going on with my car. I'm taking it to the shop in a couple of days but I kind of want to troubleshoot first or play with the fuse box before I spent a lot of money. Serious answers please...

Severe Shoulder Pain?
